With an insatiable thirst for knowledge and yoga discovery, Katya is a 500 RYS certified teacher. She pursued her first YTT certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa with YogaUnion in Bali. She then continued with 50 hours of Rocket Vinyasa with LeonLondon and recently completed the 300 RYS with East London School of Yog, led by the one-and-only Stewart Gilchrist.

Katya’s relationship with yoga started eight years ago in London when she was struggling with burnout from her corporate job. Her teacher and consistent practice helped her overcome these challenges, helped to find balance and inspired her to share what she learned with others.

She is marrying her passion for humanitarian and development work with yoga teaching and seeks to provide practical solutions for integrating yoga into daily life. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge and yoga discovery, Katya is a 500 RYS certified teacher. Katya knows first-hand how stressful life can be and how even a single yoga class can shift one's energy. That's why she's passionate about making yoga accessible to every body and mind.

She teaches a varied, active practice, tailored to different needs. In her classes, Katya strive not only to teach asanas and breath control but to create a warm and safe space for students to explore themselves. What to expect? The class usually includes breath techniques and dynamic and well-rounded sequences to make our bodies stronger, flexible, and ready to live our best lives.
